Our School Day Theatre program is carefully planned to tie in with school curriculum. Our theatre is an approved Cobb County Board of Education Performing Arts Field Trip venue.

School Day theatre is a group of professional actors who perform plays designed to augment curriculum in a unique field trip experience. The audience sits close to the stage, as if they are participating themselves (and some, to their surprise, do).

We bring the full theatre experience to all students and teachers visiting Theatre on Main. Our convenient location in Acworth is unique with its small town charm. Lunch options for students are available within minutes of the theatre.

School Day Theatre productions travel to your school! Plus, our shows are a terrific enhancement for home-schoolers. Each production includes a teacher’s guide and suggested activities aligned with the Georgia Core Performance Standards.
